Founders

Eco-Match was founded by Martin, Grant, and Aarush β€” a team of entrepreneurs from Stanford who experienced firsthand the challenge of searching for climate-tech jobs. Without a structured way to explore the space, navigating the landscape of climate careers felt overwhelming and fragmented. That frustration became our inspiration: we built Eco-Match to give students searching for internships, professionals looking to pivot into sustainability, and anyone passionate about climate action the clarity and tools we wished we had.
